This is a short summary of the terms that apply to this site and to Qatom while our full terms of service are being finalized. If you sign up for the founding offer, the Max Launch Offer Agreement governs that plan and controls on anything it covers.

Qatom is operated by TODAQ Micro Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Qatom. By using this site or the service you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You may use Qatom lawfully and in line with our documentation. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. We and our licensors keep all rights in Qatom, the service, and the related software and technology.

Plans and fees

The plan you select sets your features and fees. If you accept the founding offer, the Max Launch Offer Agreement sets out the free period, pricing, cancellation, and renewal terms for that plan.
